4 Axis Router
With our unique design you will be able to cut out either a swallow tail, channels, fin plugs, leash plugs, carbon inlays or all of the above in seamless fashion. Working in sequence after the blade path has ended the machine will exactly cut out your specified design in a time efficient manner. Giving your boards the precision and finish you have always wanted.
Large 3 axis router.
The large 3 axis router has a bull nose cutter that is 50mm x 200mm long and will let you cut out deep foot wells, foil inserts, handles inserts and deep concave’s on your SUP and foil-board designs. Cutting down production time as well. Leaving you with a clean and accurate finish.
Actuators.
If you want accurate rockers and nose and tail thickness, actuators are a must. Especially with stringer-less EPS. Through automation the actuators will position themselves to be the correct heights giving you the perfect guideline to load the blank on.
Flip Assist.
Flip assist is a must if you want to accurately align top cuts with bottom cuts without getting an offset. Essential for doing full rail cut. The most accurate boards are produced when using flip assist and Actuators together.
